At High 5 Ballooning we strive to offer our passengers the highest quality of service available. This includes informing our passengers of all company policies and procedures. Highlighted below are four letters for you to read. The first is the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. Our insurance company requires that every passenger we carry is given the opportunity to read and understand this document on the day that the reservation is made and no later that 7 days prior to the day of their flight. The second is an informational letter titled What You Should Know. This provides answers to the most commonly asked questions. The third is our Seven Day Cancellation Policy and the last is the Directions to our meeting location. After reading and agreeing to their content please check the, I Agree box and click the Send button. That will submit your acceptance to us by email where it will be filed to comply with our insurance company’s policy. We will reply with a flight confirmation number. Please note that this form does not reserve a date to fly with us. It simply confirms a reservation that you have already made by phone. Unfortunately, passengers that do not return this form within one week of their flight (unless the reservation was made within one week) are subject to removal from our schedule.

I have read the content of this page, the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement, What You Should Know Letter and Cancellation Policies. I understand and agree to all terms. I have also received Directions to the meeting location.

Cancellation Policy - Customers will be charged the full fare ($200 per person) or have their flight ticket voided if they fail to arrive for their flight, late arrivals, (more than 15 minutes from the agreed meeting time) or cancellations made less than 7 full days prior to a scheduled flight.

Pre-purchased flight tickets are non refundable and must be presented for redemption before every flight.

We reserve the right to cancel any passenger or flight where safety may be a factor.
