CANCELLATION POLICIES
 
 
Flight reservations:
Customers will be charged full fare if they fail to arrive for a scheduled flight, late arrivals, or cancellations less than seven days prior to a scheduled flight.
 
Flight tickets:
Flight tickets are non-refundable and are redeemable for one year from the date of issue. They will be voided if the passengers fail to arrive for a scheduled flight, late arrivals, or cancellations less than seven days prior to a scheduled flight. Flight tickets must be presented before the flight is taken.
 
Second Party Gift Certificates:
All passengers utilizing second party certificates from The Great American Soaring Adventure, Skyrides, United States Hot Air Balloon Team or the Adventure Super Store are subject to the same flight reservation cancellation policy as above. Gift certificates from these companies remain valid for use on a future flight.
 
We reserve the right to cancel any flight or passengers where safety may be a factor.
